Lead Consultant Mr Kapouzis, has long experience in the field of minimal access gynecological surgery. He has been trained in London at famous for their endoscopic units Hospitals, under reputable consultants. He has attended international laparoscopic courses in London, Hamburg and France. He has taught trainees, laparoscopic suturing techniques. He has been accredited with the Diplome Inter Universite for Gynecologic Endoscopy at Clermonte, Ferrand, France. (DIUE)

Throughout his career, he has performed more than a thousand laparoscopic and hysteroscopic operations. He operates at many private Hospitals in Greece. All of the hospitals maintain high standards of patients’ care and the most recent technology equipment. Theatre staff is specialized for laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery.

Day Surgery Units are on the premises of well-organized private Hospitals with highly experienced in the field anesthetists and in situ Intensive Care Units. Cooperating urologists and general surgeons are always around in case they are needed. Spacious one, two or three bed rooms are provided, in case night stay is needed. Nursing staff is experienced and courteous providing high-end private services. Follow up appointment is always provided, before flying back home and detailed operating theatre notes and DVD is given.

Stage 3 or 4 endometriosis surgery can be performed at state of the art operating theatres of the one day surgery Unit of Iaso Hospital, the biggest and safest maternity hospital in Athens, by multidisciplinary team, including general surgeon and urologist If needed.
